35 tyres on lux

hi guys new to the 4wd thing i have a ln106 dual cab standed have a set of 35 tyres are they to much tyre for the 2.8 to push and what mods have to be do any help ?

lots and lots to make 35's fit.
well thats a lie, lots to make 35's work well - they will bolt up fine with no lift or other mods, but are likely to rub your pittman arm and guards when turning.
luxs vary car to car, but most people find 33's will rub on the inner guards without hammer time or shifting the diff forward.
I ideally to fit 35's I would get bigger offset rims say -44, pump your guards to suit (you can also limit steering tuirn to stop the rubbing but makes the car a pain in the bum to park and manuver)
shift diff forward 35mm - get shorter drag link and torque rod.
cut the front of the guard/bull bar to suit.
hammer down rear guard seams.
2 - 4 inch lift. adjust bump stops. depends a bit on preference (2 inch personally)
4.88 diffs ideally as well as they return gearing to stock 31's

On the front I had -44 rims, 2" leaves and extended shackles.
When compresses it locks into the firewall, makes it scary offroad.
Now I have the front diff moved about 30-40mm forward, and about 1" more lift and it doesn't come close to hitting anything.
Dunno how it would be on a dual cab with a tub though
I run 4.88's and it was on with a NA 2.8, but still damn slow.

thanks for the answer was not wanting to do to much as i want to fix the flex first it got nil i put the 35 in the shed for now i just dont no where to start

On my 86 lux, I have only a 2inch body lift, factory leaf springs, and Im running well used 35s(front measure about 33.5 and rears about 34.5), they just rub the back of the guards at full flex. But Id assume that new 35s would cause a problem with the guards/steering as posted above.
Im running 4.5 gearing in my diffs and they seem fine, although the non turbo 2.4d isnt exactly a powerhouse anyway, but on and off road, they work nicely, Im happy with it.
I recently used a set of near new 33inch Swampers, and the big side lugs they have actually grabbed hold of the bottom of the guard and folded it up under itself.
But best advice for your problem has aready been posted above. For 35s, move front diff forward, trim guards, spring lift, etc.

hey mate i have 34 jt2 that measure up as 34.6,
i have around 2-3 inch springs in the front, 2inch extended shackles(which gives u like 1 inch really) and bashed out gaurds and it just hits on full lock, full compression
