FJ73 Fuel problem

Hi Guys,
I have a dual fuel FJ73 (3f motor)
On LPG its fine, on Petrol its not getting any fuel at all.
I just replaced the fuel filter, and it appears the new one was blocked.
It was working perfectly ok yesterday, however today when I changed back to fuel it stalled, and it reluctantly starts on petrol and rarely idles.
Could it possibly be the idle solenoid?
Any ideas where else to look?
