Outer Limits 4x4 Board

After lots of patience and searching Ebay and classifieds today I drove home in a 92 ln106 hilux. It needs some tlc but for 2500 grand its now my spare time machine. Mods that I wish to do:
Tube bar
Tube tray
Suspension lift
Long range tank
Rebuild diffs
Cab lift

Looking for advice on cheap mods for suspension, did one to a hilux years ago and it really didnt give good flex it was off the shelf jobbie. So any advice would begood will post pics as i go.
What will be different is I have 4 grand maybe 5 to spend on it and looking for what people think is the better options for the above. I want to do all the work myself. So if people know how to get this to flex better than a standard lux let me know. Tube bar designs and tray it can be something basic something extreme as long as you drive it daily and tow the boat. And i have a great apprentice the handbrake wants to help as well

Do a search on Hilux RUF and IFS rears. Seems to the be the best/most cost effective way of getting a lux to flex, although i've never done it myself so I don't speak with first hand experience.
The tray should be the easiest to get ideas for, heaps of people on here have wicked custom trays. If you have the right tools, and you dont need many, the barwork and tray can be done at home.
Cab lift is cheap and easy.
Same with diff rebuild..unless you're looking at changing diff gearing. Can get pricey.
Dunno about the long range tank..mine came with one.
You should be able to do the whole list with change. But one thing always leads to another...Someone told me that when you start a project, take your initial budget, and double it.

Wish some one told me that... i could have times mine by 6

But it does not need to be expensive, do the work yourself and learn on these forums from other peoples mistakes (like mine ) and you dont have to always buy brand new things (they dont stay shiny for long...)

Search as there is literally a million topics of this on here, and look at www.locktup4x4.com cheap parts and great to deal with.
