Currently have 31" Cooper ST on 15x7 rims and looking to update to 33 or 35"tyres. Prefer a fairly aggressive pattern, but with where I live (north western Vic) have to travel about 4hrs to Toolangi, 3.5 to Strathboogie, and the closest decent drive is 220kms to Avoca (lots of bitchie kays)
Any ideas... Procomp Xterrain, Simex JT2, Silverstone MT,or go the BFG Muds or simmilar?

Another vote for MTRs here.
Little loud on the road but work well off.

keep the 31 s for road use and get some 35 simex et s for the bush, you wont regret it , and the inner tubes are sooooo nice...

Bit of a thread hijack .. of the more XTREME

rubber like JT's ET's swampers etc .. what have the best onroad manners and durability.
I am looking to get some rubber for my Lux shortly, but I am limited to one set as I live in a unit with nowhere to store a second set of rubber.
The lux will be regurlarly driven (not daily) but will see alot more work than just 4 wheeling .. Idea's or experiances peoples
I am currently leaning toward something basic like an MT\R due to it being street legal and not attracting to much of the wrong kind of attention. But I have run around in my Zuk as a daily driver on swampers etc before.

will be keeping the 31s for everyday driving, but don't really want to tow a trailer when heading to the bush. Wouldn't simex et's wear a bit fast on the bitchie? Would simex JT2's last a little longer, also would their 34" size help the deisel a bit more... any thoughts?
