ARB or TJM bracket spacing 80 series landcruiser

Post by Simmo88 »

Hi,
I am currently inthe process of installing an airtank on my 80 series. I am looking to have it run along the outside of the chassis under the door the floor. There is heaps of room there, but I plan to put some tough steel sidesteps on when I find a set (yell out if you know of any, including the scrub bars and even a whinchbar to suit).

I will probably end up with either a TJM or ARB set, and have noticed that they generally connect directly to the chassis (correct me if I am wrong), so I could somebody let me know what sort of spacing the brackets are located at (even if i have to move the tank in the future), it will fit between them. If it helps, I would be installing it on the passenger side, i'm not sure if the brackets mount to the same locations on each side.
Thanks
