why do you ask?
some impellors last ages and some shit themselves prety quick!
ive had a new one die because i left it too long sitting after its first use without washing out after it first use yet the one i have now has lasted ages because even during the colder months when not in use i still start it up with muffs on once a month and give it a run!
hope this helps or makes sense for that matter

good tip for the boat! might start doing that over this winter...
but sorry i must specify it came out of a ford tx5 with 260000kms on it.
trying to work out if the timing belt was done at 200000kms or maybe the water pump fell apart cause it was 60000kms overdue!!

Id be pretty happy with those high kk's on a water pump, plastic impellor or not.
