Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Can anyone tell me if the pinion flange of a GU front diff is the same as a GQ front diff, or are the different? If they are different, will a GQ pinion flange fit a GU pinion? OR will a GQ front driveshaft bolt up to a GU diff head?

the pinion splines are the same but different motors use different flanges ...
best to measure the bolt hole distances as some are square and some are rectangular.
