Lookin good Tim, but I gotta ask, is that legal? Are you driving that around much?
In Qld that would be taken off the road quicker than you can say "it's all factory, officer"

no 35's are to big for full body zuk there not long enough

Wheelbase to tyre size ratio, hear what your saying, but remembering that you've extended yours (what is it these days? nearly 90"?), I reckon yours with 35's would still be userfriendly, if you said 37's then I reckon your cog would need to be lowered by an inch, and so on and so on.......
But that's my opinion, looking good regardless.
No excuses now not to PUSH IT HARD.................

I'm not a huge fan of those style bars, but it has its purpose and its not huge and Grimace.
and I think you do want to do a shackle reversal.
and you need to cross brace the exo so it really can't bend back onto your body in event of a roll over. if that makes sense? a big X in the top of it. there is only squares at the mo. just a thought.
but it is looking good, but I'm not sure about your avitar thing, whats doing there?

Tim,
Can you post up a pick with a close up of where the bar attaches to the chassis, it looks like you've capped the rails and welded the tube onto the ends but I cant tell.
We (Greg & I) were looking at mine and could only really see this possie as the best spot for attaching a stinger as further in (on top of the chassis) would defeat the whole purpose of the bar.
Cheers
Steve

the bar is bolt on
the stinger is attached to the botton bit of tube(it sits just above the top of the shackle)
