Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi all
my 91 rangie has vibration at idle and gets worse as i rev it
its got a zf and lt230
new plugs new leads
any ideas

Engine mounts? Transmission mounts?

mounts new and good
also vibrates in neutral
