Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi all, couple quick questions i need some help with please.

1. is a 2.4 injector pump the same as a 2.8, in other words can ya use a 2.4 pump on a 2.8 ?????

2. Iv been told that the 2.4 cranks are the same as 2.8 , is this true.

Reason i ask is i have a 2.8 which has stuffed big end an have been told to put a 2.4 crank in it .......???

A 2.4 pump has lower fuel delivery and different injection advance curves. Yes it will fit, making it work properly, probably not.
