tb45 into tb42 gq

want to put tb45 into my gq replacing the tb42 can any one tell me if engine mounts, gearbox crossmember and my auto will all bolt on without modification

Just doing the conversion now. Engine mounts are exactly the same. Gearbox exactly the same. Gearbox is the same. Really easy.

they are identical motors externally, with slight internal improvments, including less enjoyment of forced induction

Why do you say that? The TB45 is also a low compression motor, 8.5 to 1.

if your interested i have a tb45 and auto for sale with everything except ac compressor and shifter.

have you seen the conrod comparison photos, sub std compared with tb42 ones, and tend to exit the block on funny angles under high boost :P (over 12psi)
