Has anyone tried one? Any comments?

They seem like a simple cost effective device according to the marketing spin.

Looking at one for Navara D21 2.7 Deisel.

ive got a mate who put one in his 75s diesel (not turboed). He reckons its really good, 1/2 to 1 gear higher than before on hills and better fuel economy.

This is the only vehicle i have ever heard of them working in.
I used to sell a similar product called a Turbo Fuel Miser. Now it never worked in anything i had tried it in except for non turbo deisel 75series cruisers. I had a guy out west that would buy about 10 every fortnight off me and was fitting them to 75 series cruisers and from all reports they actually worked on this vehicle.

Gimik or not i realy cant say. But it was defianatly working in these vehicles.

got two mates with diesel 80s, one turbo one not... they reckon it makes a bit of difference, mainly in mileage, but nothing incredible. works better in the turbo than the other.
