Outer Limits 4x4 Board

It appears it has the same calliper as a standard 276mm front disc NL Pajero, is it just the calliper bracket that allows it to fit or is it a upright difference.

I will ask the same question on Delica club forum and any Mitsubishi forum I can join easy enough etc

That is my understanding. Both discs run the same caliper, with different hub assemblies to mount the caliper in a different position (to suit the different sizes of disc).
