In 2h no problems
in 4h 4L i have a noise from the front axle or CV's
Driving straight and turning right under power a loud clicking noise but if i turn left just a little the nose goes away
Any help to point me in the right direction would be great.

Sounds a lot like a CV joint is damaged. There are four. Have a look for a split CV boot (check all four). A split boot will give you a pretty good idea which joint is poked.
Inner joint is rebuildable, outer joint supposedly isn't. I hear you can buy whole driveaxles built up ready to install for an acceptable price.
