ive done alot of research on which lines to use
just want to make sure that ive got the right ones!

i dont have the time or ability to tap the block for the oil return.

If someone out there has done this the same way and come across
problems please let me no.

cheers, HTH

Wouldnt you want cool water to cool with? The water in those lines will be hot, thats why theyre rigged to the heater..

i pretty much figured that all water running around the engine would be hot reguardless no?? its all coming from the radiator is it not??

please correct me if im wrong as i didnt think of that.

Either way, the coolant will be cooler than the turbo..

Just the coolant coming from the head will be warmer than whats coming from the radiator..

Surely someone can verify that the places i have chose will or will not work. OR someone can tell me where a better and or more simple place to put my feeds is???

I can't see the pictures on the work computer, but with my DTS kit, the water lines ran from a feed near the thermostat and return into one of the heater lines and the oil pick up was off of the back of the alternator and return was into a fitting lower down on the block if that helps.

I would not be tapping into the alternator drain to use as the turbo oil drain. IMO its not big enough and will cause the oil to back up and push past the seals and out the exhaust - and I'm speaking from experience here. I brazed a fitting on the sump and ran a separate drain for the turbo.

Yes. No.

Take it to enzed/pirtek or similar if you don't want to braze it yourself.
