Outer Limits 4x4 Board

The Transfercase is stuck in neutral as far as i can tell.
There is drive from the gearbox to the transfer case.
We've tried rolling to see if it gets unstuck.
Tried rolling with the hubs locked in.
Pulled and pushed the hell out of the stick.

No go.

Anyone know how it can be sorted, or if there is any precedent for this sort of thing with the sierras. Anything, let me know please. Cheers.

Sounds like your transfer bush is worn out and has allowed your stick to jump a gate.
Just remove the stick and realign it. Takes about 5mins

I can sell you one $10 including post.

As the others have said, Trasnfer case shifter bush (called a "shift sheet" if your chasing the part). Just cruisin's price is pretty damn resonable too.
