Valve clerances

On a TD42 Nissan diesel, does the valve clearane need to be altered with the addition of an after market turbo?

.35 mm, hot, not running.
Wouldn't have thought their would be a need to change.

older nissans and toyotas, some have to be running, also some old rovers i think...

we do a few running at work, pain in the ass cause ya burn yaself heaps and it makes a mess of ya feeler gauges!

He is probably the only person in the workshop that has to check them running! I bet the tradesmen have a good laugh when they watch him try to adjust them!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:
