Experiences with claiming car insurance.

Post by TuffRR »

Following on from Jeff's stolen jeep thread, has anyone else had any experience with TCIS in regards to making a claim? I haven't yet but am not looking forward to the day i do.
Having said that, I'm glad I'm insured with them rather than RACV, AAMI etc. I was told by the RACV, when i was insured with them, that they make a judgement on whether it was a reasonable place to be driving. I would suggest that it would be easy to say that no reasonable person would be driving some of the tracks that some of us drive most weekends.
What has been other people's experience? :?: :?: :?:
