Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I'm looking at finally converting my efi patrol to diesel.

I have found a guy that is wrecking an almost complete diesel GQ and i would like to know exactly what i will need for the conversion that i can grab straight from this wreck.

Any info from people that have done this swap would be great.
