I JUST BROUGHT A NISSAN 2.8TD
IT HAS NO BALLS IN 4H IT CARNT CLIMB LITTLE HILLS OR CARNT DO ANYTHING ANY 1 HELP ME ..

You just bought a lemon.
4H requires a high torque engine to keep it up. 2.8's are low torque / high revving engines.
The 2.8 is not made for the hard stuff. Shopping trolley and soccer mums driving on the black top was who they were targetting when that was released. You should have got a 4.2 if you want to push the limit.
Sure, a 2.8 will probably keep up with the bigger engines for a while, but you have to ring it's neck to do it. Like over 5000rpm ringing. No engine will put up with that for long.
Yours has probably had it's guts burnt out already. Especially if it's already a few years old.
The coin you would need to spend to make it capable will be more than the extra you should have paid to get a bigger engine in the first place.
Sorry mate. No quick fixes there.

Use 4 low and get it tuned. You can great great gains out of the 2.8.

as mentioned, just use low range instead.
