Timing belt on petrol 4.5?

Does my 97 model 4.5 petrol have a timing belt and if so how often does it need replacement?

pretty sure they have a double row roller chain which is good for the life of the engine. might be some adjustment on the cams to compensate for chain stretch, don't know.
