Fuel Filter

Is the fuel filter located near the rear right wheel on a sierra? The thing thats got two tubes at either end?

That's it, tied up inboard of the chassis.

Thanks for that. Also to save making another thread, how do I go about tightening my handbrake? Its close to vertical now

Depends if it has any adjustment left in it... and if you really expect it to last.
do you have the transfer case brake or rear wheels?

Umm I dunno, I assume the rear wheels? Soz I don't really know

if its a wide track sierra (going by your display pic you do) then they are on the rear wheels. Take the tyres and drums off and have a look for yourself. You will see the handbrake entering through the side of the drum backing plate.
