TFT screen noisey

Just installed a 7" DVD/GPS Touch screen in the Mrs daily driver. Whenever the screen is on/lit up it has a high pitch buzz constantly. U can turn the screen off with music still going and the noise goes away. Was wondering how this could be rectified? Need ideas. Thanks fellas
