hey guys iv replaced my pump once before and now this one is sounden pretty sad, i dont know why or how i keep stuffing them, its in a swb running 35s, i have previously cut the flexi hi pressure line off and silver soldered a new one on (the one that runs from pump down along chassis to box) but apart from that it is stock, can you replace the ring oval thing in the back of the pump that is chewing out? i pulled the old pump apart out of curiosity.
cheers

are you certain its the p/s pump? i thought the same, ended up being the A/C compressor bearing.

The mounting bracket or adjuster can bend and then the pulley doesnt run true. Check the belt tension too. Roo Dogs sells a full rebuild kit too.
