Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hay all any suggestions on how to or what to use as a handbrake on my 87 hilux.
i need a handbrake that runs off the tail shaft if anyone knows who sells something like this please let me know much appreciated

same as superior but $100 cheaper and free postage.
