Actually after thinking about this question for a minute i thought that if the difference in price wasn't too great, then maybe consider Mick's product.

I've dealt with both Chris at locktup (who's given me some great deals) and Mick and the level of service of both is excellent. Micks products are usually spot on and well made with a lot of thought gone into them (i have a few of them on my truck) so i thought since the product is available here, made here by an australian why not support it if it's not horrendously more expensive. I mean until someone here makes longfields for 80 series i'll always get stuff off Chris that i can't get here but here's the chance to support australian industry.

Mick doesnt make that kit. Its the identical kit to the one Chris will supply. They both come from Trailgear in the US.

Could be wrong but through speaking to Chris recently about this sorta gear and just purchasing a 4 link rear end from him, they're testing a few different trusses/crossmember's that are made locally weather or not they work out is a different story.

As i said could be wrong was just general conversation, but he can do some seriously good deals!

I'm in the process of putting one of the Locktup kits in my hilux along with one of there Rock Assault housings. Seems to be a well thought out kit and so far has been very easy to install. Hopefully should have it all up and running in the next couple of weeks and can test out how it performs off road.

GQ trailing arm bushes with custom length arms. Uppers are about 85% of the lowers in length.
