Outer Limits 4x4 Board

g,day wondering if someone with more knoweledge than me can help me out.
i have a 2004 SR5 1kzte manual hilux (kzn165r) and ive just recieved a recod gearbox for it, however it says its for the curent model hilux, the d4d model, i am wondering if this is the same box as there seems to be an oil line in the top i dont remember there being in my gearbox.
I called the company and they say their information says its the same box can anyone confirm this and let me know if anyone else has put one of these in their hilux? cheers

This is from my 93 surf/92 hilux combo, but when i looked at them, the D4D gearbox and the 1KZ gearbox are both R150F's, but the main differences i noticed were in the bell housing, and the gearbox didnt have the first gear switch on the D4D model.

Dunno if input shafts are different tho

try and put it in, let us know.
