1hz Turbo

alrighty im new to the realm of the 4.2 so probably a stupid question

i want to use a dual stage boost controler about 10pounds for highway use and up it to about 15-16 for offroad and towing

are there any issues in doing this? I have a fresh engine,turbo and fuel pump only 15,000kms old

any respons would be great

its a bit hard to do that on a diesel

More boost in most cases wont give you more power depending on fuel setting.

dual stage boost controllers are designed more for petrol cars that utilize an air/fuel ratio controller to ramp up fuel.

If your inj pump is boost compensated (yours isnt) you could set your compensation @ 12 psi so the extra fuel could be burnt.

Basically mate, set it for 12-14 psi and leave it.
