factory or big shed to use or rent

has anyone got a factory or big shed that i could use/rent over a weekend close to rowville so as i can paint my bus . Its all ready to paint and are painting it in enamel would prefere the factory or shed empty as i dont wont over spray on any of your stuff .Bus is 30ft/9mtrs long cheers dwayne pm me here or contact on 0417486792
