Flairs / brush bars

I have been playing with some ideas for flairs I knocked this up tonight tell me what you think
they will be mounted to sliders aswell

looks pretty cool and like they will work well.Are they gonna be removable in anyway seperately to sliders or bullbar??
Maybe a flange as such up near the bullbar or a piece of plate on the bullbar ends tapped just so you could remove them if any of it had to come off foe some reason.Just a thought but top job man

Cheers mate the sills will be cut out and have rhs welded In as you said the bull bar and sill will have tapped plated welded on so they can be removed if they get damaged etc
I'm also thinking about building a removable Exo cage which will brace them even more. I'm also not sure about whether I should use alloy or rubber to cover the tyres
has anyone welded rhs into the sills before? Is it very hard?

would have looked nicer if you retained the shape of the wheel arch IMO..

good luck getting it right with just a cheaper bender and not a roller??

The guards will be cut out to make room for the tyres as I refuse to run a body lift
and like turbo Tonka said it would be extremely hard to get a roll bend
with a normal bender
