Howdy

I am kinda new the forum so pls be nice...

I crushed my exhaust on the weekend so I am in the market for a new system.. I would like a slightly louder exhaust not but I want to be able to hear my think at 100Kmh…

I own a 1993 Vouge SE 3.9L EFI

Questions-

1. Is there much power to be gained from a performance exhaust system for a rangie??
2. What size pipe should I use??
3. Should I change the extractors??

Thanks
Mick

2.5" pipe with a good set of extractors and a free flow muffler will really give your rangie a kick in the but, especially if you lose the cats.

Pace maker exactors are very good , and the engineers from Geni extractors left and formed Pacemakers . The exhaust system its self is 2.5 inch mandrel bend and Hiflo muffler and resonator on the rear , i have just priced all this up and the average quote i found was $900 mark drive in and out , takes 4 hours .The fitter informed me that if your going for off road torque stick to pacemaker's , and if your on the hiway all day go for H&M Headers .He thinks {from memory } of the last RR done and Dyno was up 11% over all once done , hope this helps

Is this the same as "What's the sound of one hand clapping?"
