Just bought some 35x10.5 15 et simex's. What width rims should I run with these. 7" or 8"?

Was going to go 8s but a mate made mention of thee bad beads and that maybe 7s would be better

Thanks for you help. Paul

i ran them on 8in sunnys for a long time with no probs. if you do run into problems down the track just chuck some h/d tubes in.

They are actually recommended for 8.5"...

8 is the best for these tyres but.

You sure?
I thought 8.5" rims were recommended for 12.5" tyres

To me, the key is width.

10.5" in metric terms is 265.

I'm a little out of touch with current models, but 10 years ago 265 tyres were coming as OE fitment on 7" rims.

I'd be happy to run 10.5s on 7" or 8" rims - but 8" rims give you more options to go wider, if you feel you need to.

x2

I run mine on King 15x8's with no dramas at all. There's a pic somewhere on here if you want a look.

Just looked over the tyres. I actually says on the side that there recomended to be fitted to 8.5" rim. So 8s it is
