The -22 (old cruiser std offset) ones would be your best bet mate.

I'm running -44 but they hang out a fair way.. Needed a little body bending(seams etc) before they fit. From what I've read you can go -22 up to -29 (Nissan offset) without any problems..

With the edition of flares, ill look to go for the nissan offset (-29) or (-22) without the flares.

the tyres im looking to buy are Maxxis Bighorns in 33"x12.5. Id like to put them on 15" sunnies but not sure what width sunnies to get. 15"x7" or 15x8", anyone know if it will matter or which size is more suitable?

Go minimum 15x8's. Had 15x7's with the same size tyre and it was a battle ship to drive!!! so much sidewalk flex the car rolled around like crazy in the corners.. Now I'm on 15x10's -44 offset and would never look back!! Even down around 15 psi still drives sweet as.

If you go much more than -22 then don't try and fit a 12.5" wide tyre.

The rears in particular will scrub on the guard/flare under full compression.

Cheers

That may be true actually.. Depeands on how much lift you have?! I'm running 2 inch body lift plus 4 inch spring lift and have no scrubbing issues at all with my offset on 33x12.5x15's. If your running less than that you may need the smaller offset.

was told buy the tyre guy without them something like a navara offset
tryed the pootrol as their was one getting fitted up with 33s at the time
stuck out heeeps and touched the cab!body lift is needed also!

With my 6 inches lift, under full flex there is no rubbing. Yes I have the fibre glass flares but they still stick outside of them. Will need some wider plastic flares but only to stop mud flicking up everywhere... And to pass rego!!

no probs so far.. Still runing stock bump stops so they don't droop anymore than they do as standard. Will eventually get diff drop brackets n lower profile bump stops but it ain't priority at the moment.

By the way it's only 2 inches body lift and 2 inch suspension lift with 1 1/2 inch bj spacers front n 2 1/2 inch spring spacers rear which equates to roughly 4 inches suspension lift. Am also planning on replacing rears with 80 series coils for full flex benefit and will maintain 4 inch rear lift.

by any chance, has anyone tried fitting 33x12.5x8's on rims with -26 (or so) offset to a 4runner with 2 inches lift?

just extend the bumpstops so it doesn't hit if it does scrub.
