Coil height for 4runner

Bit lost for how to go about getting some coils for the rear of the runner.
I know what height i want it to sit and the distance between my coil mounts is about 350mm but how do i go about ordering a spring the right height as it never had coils?
I have heard that 80 series springs give about 4'' of lift but i don't think I'm gonna want it that high and dunno if they would have a good spring rates for crawling.
Probably would suit surf rears instead, has anyone got a measurement on how high surf standard rear springs are?
Cheers Scott

You will need to know the weight of the rear end to calculate required spring rate. Best way to sort out spring rates is the get the corner weights of the rig. But that is not always possible
If someone has standard surf springs you could borrow you can "rest" the rig on them and see how it sits. if you have a known coil rate you can see what the coil deflection is and calculate a rough weight for the arse end of your truck from that.

Cheers mate, Im just going by the assumption that a 4Runner wouldnt be too different weight to a coil surf rear end.
But i more so wanna know what height spring to buy that will sit at roughly 350mm (top to bottom of spring) with the weight of the 4wd on it.
I dont really wanna have to buy any springs to work it out so if anyone has a coil surf with reasonably new coils can i just get a measurement of the sping height please, and the raised height obviously (if its got a lifted spring)...
Cheers

Ring king springs. they will help + offer an off the shelf jobbie that will do the job, or make you some custom coils...

Cheers mate, I've spoken to king and dobinson's and both cant offer a spring by the height that i want, they just go off un-weighted height or lift height of the vehicle but cause mine never had coils and i want to keep it at an exact height to match the front leafies for the moment it's kinda hard.
And the mounts will just be on top of axle and under chassis rail.
I'm suprised nobody has a surf that they can measure a spring on for me?
And i cant find anything on google...
