Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi all have a buggy project on at the moment which includes a ln106 cab chassis with gq patrol diffs, suspension etc my question is, is there any unforseen problems or things that need attention that others have found completing there own converstions before i start with the grinder.
it will have a custom 4 link rear, custom tailshafts, 2l motor with duals hanging off the back end, and locked front and rear
any help would be great and yes i have done several searches with no out come, cheers mick
