There is a PTO available for the 5spd gearbox found in the GQ range. And some very early GU's. Some had the cover plate but no internals for the PTO.
I doubt you will find any new in a shop. So try the wreckers. Alot of the Jap import patrols came with pto winches.
As for the pump part of your question. What type of pump do you want to run. Most would assume a hydraulic pump. But it is possible to run and air compressor.
How much?
maybe $50-1000. Or $3000-20000 if its still connected to a car.
