Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Warning for all when dealing with Solid Axle Industries in VIC.
I ordered a complete D44 axle assembly in October and still haven't received it. I then dmanded the return of my deposit 1.5 month ago and haven't received it. Danny Milton is great with making excuses but don't trust him with your money!
BTW, ASIC has listed an application for wind-up for Solid.

Do you have a verifiable link to the ASIC site you quoted about him being wound up.

they may not be actually winding up as such..... maybe just a change of the current name/company structure due to all sorts of reasons....
I don't know for sure, but its a big assumption to assume they are finishing up.
Maybe they are maybe their not.....who knows

So this whole topic should be deleted because this is one goobers interprtation of the whole problem . How about you man up and call him or go and visit him . Only if the company dont works good, something like this will come up.

It is a different story if you are just not happy with the product/service.
But if people work with your money for over an half year - there is no sorry about this.

If he can not deliver, he should just send the money back.

But to be fair, give as informations as soon you sorted it out with them.

Its not my place nor yours its between them not us . If he has lost his money which i doubt there are people that recover lost/stolen money from bussiness/individuals so its up to him to get that ball rolling not for everyone on here to comment about a mates mates dogs neighbour who told him that the same thing happend to a mate of his down the road . So can we just delete this thread and let the individuals involved sort it out between themselves .
