hey guys
ive got some tyres with deflation issues that i sent to tyre fitter with a small to no amount of experiance with internal bead locks i got them back and there all up nice without leaks.... so i pull valve to deflate tyre make sure everything is working etc before i fit them... some air come out then stops with tyre fully inflated....
all in all ive wated many videos from staun on how to do it but i dont have tyre machine or levers at my workshop... can someone recommend a tyre fitter to pull apart clean and refit for me??? and how much will it generally cost?
thanks
matt

I'd take them back and get them redone, people love doing stuff for free when they cant deny they did an arsehat job.

Pull the valve out of tyre.

Put tyre on ground under bullbar or under anything real heavy, put base of hi lift right near the edge of the rim/bead, and hi lift jack point under bullbar or wherever and hi lift away, it'll pop the bead with a bit of persuasion.

levers = flat jimmy bar/wrecking bar (with not sharp bits).

Do what you have to do, and i would suggest the usual, spray hairspray inside the tyre run a hairspray trail out onto the tyre, light the trail and hit the tyre with a hammer to suck the flame in, and bobs ya aunty but i dont know how the intetnal lock would go. any half decent 240v compressor will be able to push the bead back on which is safer.

try the guys at greenwood autos (cnr cockman rd and hepburn ave) - 9342 0377, they have a fair bit of experience.

Or try Russ at Perth 4x4 in balcatta...pretty sure they sell Stauns so they will be able to fit them properly.
