Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey i have recently noticed a bubling or crackling sound coming from the back of the engine in my 22r hilux whenever i have driven for about 20 mins and stop the car can anyone help? cheers

Exhaust cooling down, etc, alot of cars make a noise, hard to translate a noise into text though haha

Havn't fitted anything new to the motor or somewhere where it cops alot of heat?

thanks for your info mate i havent put anything on to cause it looking at puttin a v6 commo motor in soon anyway

My old 22r used to make a very loud cracking noise when cooling down, it got worse and eventually I noticed oil leaking out a crack in the front of the block. I cleaned the area and smeared silicon in there, which would last a month or 2 between re-applications. after 6 months i fixed it with a 3rz conversion
