hi i have been given a power steering pump and box off a petrol cruiser but i have been told that i will have to cut my steering shalft buy 25mm is it possible to get my steering shalft resplined, or is there a shorter steering shalft readily available

Yeah you can get your steering shaft resplined. I got mine done at a gear makers down here in Sydney for my 40 series. Think it cost me 80 or 100...

get the steering shaft from the 40 there getting the rest of the bits from

the shaft isn't splined on the end there's a flange that bolts to the rubber flexi coupling
