Assuming you mean bleeding the fuel system, go to the boat shop and buy a fuel priming bulb for about $12. Put it in the fuel line and pump away.
Make sure you have power to the fuel solenoid to let the fuel into the pump and crack open the injector tubes a whisker.
Or if you have an electric pump, you could do it this way too.

they have a hand primer on the side of the engine.
crack the injector lines at the injectors and crank the motor.
it should start but run very very rough and low in rpm
close off the injector lines and it should run smooth

Using a tired hand pump to draw fuel all the way from the tank can be a pita. If you're having trouble getting air-free fuel from the tank pop the supply line off the pump and blow compressed air into the tank filler. Seal the hose in the filler with a rag (don't seal it too well or you could start blowing hoses off the tank!). If the primer pump is stuffed you can usually just crack an injector and spin the motor over. Makes it easier in the starter if you pull the glow plugs first (no compression. Not sure if this will work on a 12h-t without the pre-comp chambers)
