When I did my BL, I just measured the bolts that came from factory, and got some HT bolts that are 2 inches longer, flat washers and nyloc nuts.
I think from memory, the bolts, washers and nuts came to around 90bucks from a bolt supplier.
Hope this helps mate.

I got some grade 8.8 bolts with nyloc nuts hi tensile washers and normal washers for $25 I got the bolt length from the bible I think but the tray is different to the body different size and specific thread as there are captive nuts for the front 2 bolts on the tub mine is a 92 dual cab can get the lengths if you want them just so you don't pay to much for bolts I got 10 x 100mm 6 x 130mm [ rough length not sure of it ] 16 nylocs 32 hi tensile washers and 32 normal washers for $25

easiest thing i found when i did mine was to take one out then drive to the bolt shop (i dont reccomend this drive another car) and say you want however many you need longer by the size of lift. that way the bolt shop sorts out the length and you cant stuff it up.
