i want to upgade my injector pump so i can run big power. Does anyone know of a good place in melbourne area that can re build my pump??

Also does anyone know the maxmium work that can be to the pump?

How about some more details about what you are actually going to build, and not just what you are dreaming of. "Big" power in a diesel is expensive.

You can easily budget over $3K for your pump alone. And what do you mean by "maximum work"? I could clean the outside of it with some degreaser, that could be considered doing some work on it......

so far i have fully re built the motor, has got turbo grind cam, heavy duty valve springs and valves, custom intake and exhaust manifold, custom made garret turbo 2 suit engine.
All i need now is a pump. Iv been priced 3 grand from PGS in mornington. But im not sure what they acutally do to the pump.

Any help?

What sort of power do you want to make?. Modified pumps start at 130rwkw of fuel delivery and go up to 200rwkw and anywhere in between.

Its all about matching items so they compliment each other and work together.

I know it's in WA but freight these days is bugger all. United Fuel injection in Perth do a wild pump for a TD42. 220rwkw+ if thats what you are after. Fuel will not drop away either. Will hold all the way through the revs. Big variance between no boost and boost fuel.

Their pumps are under i think around the $2.5k mark.
