Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey jsut some questions about a 1983 scat that i have been given recently. it has the standard 1.6l carbie petrol engine and 4 speed box with removable fiberglass hard top.

the problem with it is the body is full of rust and the question is would the be any other types of bodys that would fit on the chasie?
