The board is still having some issues with DNS servers as a result of the recent upgrade.
"
www.outerlimits" addresses (as used in the FAQ) don't work for everybody. If the link you want doesn't work, try replacing the "www" in the url address with "forum". Normally works for me.

I've read bits and peices on it just a couple of final questions. Weres the best spot to jack the body from without damaging it? And does anyone know a list of bolt sizes for the 50mm lift on lwb

I used a couple of pieces of wood on top of the jack to spread the load.
I believe you'll need M10x140 - metric fine pitch. Most people just buy high tensile M10 bolts with new nyloc nuts.
Don't take my word for it on the bolt lengths - your best bet is to remove all bolts from one side of the vehicle the day before you plan to start, and then buy the bolts.

if its a diesel you can use the standard bolts except the 2 front ones. i say this cos they already have a factory body lift.

Huh? The "factory body lift" is achieved by welding the mounting tabs higher on the chassis. The bolts should be the same as the earlier model.
And 3.5s have the body lift too - which, AFAIK, means all NKs in Australia have the "factory body lift".

factory body lift (1") is for 3.5/2.8... and then mitsu fitted all models with the 1" b.l. (after '94 year of introduction of new engines 2.8 and 3.5). So the first gen. 2 2.5 and 3.0 have "body on chassis", any b.l.
On my 2.8 I've done a 3 cm b.l. (3 + 1" = 5.54cm)... Some friends on 3.0 to have body high like my one did a 5cm bl...
In the photo stock b.l. + 3cm teflon b.l.

the white one is 3cm teflon cylinder over the 1" mitsu stock rubber and metal b.l.
I prefered to keep the stock bl and to add a 3cm teflon one.
I think both solutions work.

so when people say they have done a 2" body lift is that keeping the existing rubber ones and adding 2" or replacing the rubber ones?

The "rubber bits" are for isolation, and are standard on all Pajeros. I added my bodylift blocks in addition to the rubber isolators.

Rubber bits are for isolation, then a 1 inch b.l. is stock on 2.8/3.5 because of the larger gearbox than 2.5/3.0.
So it dipends on which 2gen you do a b.l.
