Not 4wd related but anyway,

Vp commodore has a flat spot/almost stalls/sometimes does stall when the the throttle is suddenly opened from idle. If the revs are brought up slowly the problem isnt there. so far have changed:

Throttle postition sensor (NEW)
Coolent temp sensor (NEW)
Crank angle sensor (NEW)
coils & DFI module under coil packs (second hand from wrecker)
Have also checked wiring to TPS and coolent temp sensor (both share one common wire)
Spark gap is as it sould be (1.5mm) Plugs look a bit black but not too bad.
New ECU (from wrecker)

If the throttle is repeatedly snapped open the car will stall as well as exhaust smelling very rich (suggests spark problem?)

Anyone have any ideas?
Any help would be appreciated

Yeah forgot to add that but had changed fuel pressure reg.

All good now turned out to be base idle was too low. Thanks Kyle
