Hey guys, picked me up a few sets of rims and tires today, which will be going onto the Rocky and Feroza...
I got some 33" Simex JT2's (Closer to 34") for the Rocky...and
Some 32" Mongrels for the Feroza...
Keen to know how much work is going to be involved to fit them to each vehicle...
The Rocky looks like it will take the 34's as is...until it articulates at all... But...the rocky will be getting Hilux Axles, and probably SOA Which should sort that out - may also knock some slightly longer shackles too
What about the Feroza? Will a body lift do the trick, or am I going to have to do some suspension lifting too?

Feroza is going to give you grief.
Depends on the actual tyre size ( not whats on the sidewall ) but my 31's touch BADLY.
Ive seen cracked A pillars as a result of 31's on stock suspension touching the firewall on full bump.
Wide track flares aren't long enough really for anything above a TRUE 30" if your going to really give it a workout.
Going to need a LOT of body lift if its going to be used.

( usual disclaimers )
It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.

CRACKED A PILLARS!?
Okies then...
Looks like I'll have to do some testing when it all goes together!
