what did you do with the bolts that came out of it????
Yes they are different. Ther are a femail style inner thread bolt. They are not easy to come by. Just cruzen on AZ sells cheap bolt kits.

i have all the bolts still everthing is there, its lining the holes up iv heard there is a order to put the bolts in so it all lines up is it typical that some of my holes dont line up or should it just bolt straight up?

just bolt straight up.

do them up by hand individually til you get them all in as the body will require some wiggling to get the bolt holes lined up.

then do them up after all bolts are in.

Dont know where you heard that theres a certain order, but its not necessary to do it in any order. As mentioned before, shove all the bolts in and start the threads, then tighten them down reasonably equally.
While the body is off, i recommend reinforcing the drivers side mount under the pedal area though, both mine and B4T's are bending and collapsing (might have something to do with us jumping over washouts), but its worth a look.
