caster angle

how much caster angle should i run when i setup my knuckles??

Between 0 and 5deg. from the steering axis is the norm. Of course, I could give you more info if I knew what vehicle you were talking about, what suspension you're planning to run, and you're wife/sisters measurements with pictorial evidence to back up your claims. But that could be just me.

well its in my swb pajero rinning a flipped hilux front housing and a 3 link with panhard setup, 2 lower links and 1 upper and panhard, ahh i currently have the housing on the bench ready to set the knuckles but not sure if what the correct angle i should use is. ill be running the diff parallel to the t/c too if that helps

From memory a paj is 3.5 deg. I'd be shooting for that although i should point out that I'm hardly the guy to talk to about Pajeros. I'm sure one of the gurus on here will be able to give you a better answer.
