a mate of mine has a mid wheel base bunderra with a chev in it hook to an auto with the cruiser diff, so he wont have trouble pushing bigger rubber around.
the problem is that we cant fit the tyres under the damn thing so was wondering if you would know what work is involved and the best way in putting bigger tyers under it.. and it is leaf sprung

Mate if its leaf sprung it's not a bundy, if its a mid wheel base its a fj/bj73/74 if it looks like the same size as a bundy its fj/bj 70.

why cant you fit the tyres on there? 2'' lift should do it fine, might need to move the front diff forward for front guard clearance. They will rub in the rear inner fender walls no matter what unless you have heaps of offset.

if it was a bundera (which its not) 2 inch lift would do, 80 series front coils lift would lift it 2 inches

You could make up a 2" body lift cheap enough, which should be enough for most 35's (a 'big' 35 may rub....rub shnub)
